Volunteer with YLD and TOV for Spring Clothing Swap @ Jewish United Fund

Overview

This month, join JUF Young Leadership Division and Tikkun Olam Volunteer Network for a spring clothing swap. Volunteers will bring a bag of clothing to donate, learn about the importance of sustainable clothing practices and give back to our local community. After the clothing swap and learning from Repair The World, all the leftover clothes will be donated to Out of the Closet Thrift Store in Boystown.

This event is for young adults ages 22-39. If you are not 22-39 years old, please email YLD@juf.org to learn about opportunities that may be right for you!

To request a Peer*, other assistance, or accommodations, please contact yld@juf.org or 312‑357‑4539.

*The Peer Program matches young adults with disabilities to a similarly aged community member with inclusion training. The Peer is available to attend the event with you and provide whatever level of support is needed.
