From Stress to PEACE is a 2-hour mind–body reset created for busy women who carry so much—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Through neuroscience backed practices, somatic movement, breathwork, and the PEACE Response Model™, you’ll learn how stress lives in the body and how to interrupt it in real time.

In Jewish tradition, caring for yourself is a responsibility, not a luxury. Kol Yisrael arevim zeh la’zeh reminds us that we can support others only when we ourselves feel grounded and whole.

This workshop offers a gentle, supportive space to reset your nervous system, reconnect with inner calm, and discover practical tools you can use in minutes—anytime, anywhere. The session will be led by Sophia Shlain, a trauma specialist and trained Brainspotting practitioner with deep expertise in mind–body healing.
